Splice have completed full Post Production on a 30 minute documentary called 'White Boy, Black Nanny', airing Friday 12th March, at 7.30pm on Channel 4.
In one if the first of this years 'First Cut' documentaries, director Mark Rossiter sets out to find Susan, the nanny that played such an important role in his childhood before his family left South Africa in 1986.
Armed with just a 25 year old photograph, Mark's journey takes him from the comfort of the affluent suburbs to the poverty riddled townships, to discover what life was like for black women working as servants in white homes.
Splice have finished the grade, online and audio mix for 'Leaving Home at 8.' This Cutting Edge documentary transmits on Thursday 11th February at 2100 on Channel 4.
It follows four eight-year-old girls as they adjust to a new life away from their parents and their home.
But how do they cope being separated from their families at such a young age? And how in particular do the mothers deal with the difficult decision of sending their offspring away to be educated?

Currently airing at 0915am weekday mornings on BBC 1, Splice has completed full post production on 'Heir Hunters.'
Now in season 4, the series is dedicated to finding the heirs of people who have died without leaving a will.
Splice is currently completing full post production on 'Chinese Food In Minutes'. This 13-part cookery show is presented by chef Ching-He Huang and was shot locally at the Splice studios. The series will air every Tuesday at 1930 on Five from the 9th of February.
The series kicks off with two gospel singers learning to cook up a feast for their choirmates.
